The Unfinished Puzzle is a deep, eye-opening devotional that launches Tuesday, March 13th and Wednesday, the 14th. The ebook will be free during this time on Amazon.com: http://a.co/3rFPwYi.
“Five years ago I wouldn’t be caught dead reading this book— let alone writing it. It’s a bit comical because my Grandfather who was nicknamed ‘Grumpy’ prayed I would be a missionary. Little did he know it would be through writing,” says Ashley Alice White, the author of the new 50-day devotional, The Unfinished Puzzle, now available in both ebook and paperback format on Amazon.com.
Ashley is only 22 years old, but as you read her book, it is obvious that she is wise far beyond her years.
“I know the pain life can bring, but I also know joy that the Lord can bring too, which is why I wrote this book as well as to give Him all the glory as He is the one who got me to this point,” says the young author.
Ashley has had her share of life’s pain, especially recently when she was diagnosed with auto immune disease.
“At the moment I’m battling an auto immune disease, which I almost let crush my spirit. It almost drowned the joy and hope I have today that I intend to encourage you all with. I have a heart for missions and just went on my first one this past November with my father to Haiti. That was most likely my favorite trip thus far because of the selfless love and compassion an entire village showed and even taught me during it.”
Ashley attends Regent University for a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management and attended the University of Oxford in England for a summer semester where she studied literature.

A 12-year-old unvaccinated girl has become the second child to die after suffering from influenza A since the current flu season began in Hong Kong in late June, the Centre for Health Protection has said. Centre controller Edwin Tsui Lok-kin said on Wednesday that local influenza activity remained at a high level. “I urge the public not to take influenza lightly, and to take appropriate preventive measures, including receiving [a vaccination] as early as possible in order to build an immunity...
The US government’s latest ban on Chinese artificial intelligence start-up DeepSeek could have a chilling effect on the wider American business community and deter companies from adopting low-cost Chinese AI models, industry experts say. The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ordered federal civilian agencies to remove DeepSeek products and third-party services built on the Chinese AI model from their IT systems, according to a directive signed in July and published on Monday. The...
A flight-tested attack drone similar to Iran’s Shahed model that its Taiwanese maker says could reach military targets in mainland China is meant to swamp PLA air defences, analysts said. Drawing on battlefield lessons from Ukraine and the Middle East, military experts broadly agree on the utility of such low-cost systems, but differ on how the drone could be deployed in a conflict with Beijing should it enter service. While some see greater value in targeting People’s Liberation Army forces in...

About 20 more non-local students have been admitted to Hong Kong semi-private schools under a government scheme to boost the city’s status as an international education hub, with a principal urging authorities to do more to promote the initiative to prospective pupils. Education authorities said on Wednesday that the non-local students holding student visas this year came from countries including Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, the United States and several European nations. Europe should work with Beijing to develop shipping through the Arctic rather than trying to advance its transatlantic security alliance by framing China as a threat linked to Russia. That was the assessment of Chinese analysts following the release of the European Union’s Arctic policy on Tuesday. In addition to identifying Russia as its main threat, the policy warns of Beijing’s growing strategic ambitions in the European Arctic through its deepening alignment with Moscow. “With our new...
