Voice Over Project Marketplace Uses Upfront Pricing & Audio Samples

Sep 26, 2022

Voices’ CEO David Ciccarelli has announced that the global voice talent network is launching a new Project Marketplace that functions like an e-commerce store for voice actors.

London,Canada - September 26, 2022 /PressCable/ —

Project Marketplace gives the clients the ability to browse for and buy projects that have been pre-listed by the talent marketplace’s registered professional voice over talent, audio producers, musicians and translators. The intention behind the new project-based platform is to make it faster and easier for business clients outside of the creative industry to get voice and audio work done by simply selecting pre-agreed pieces of work at set prices on the Voices’ website.

The launch of the Project Marketplace coincides with the ongoing boom in audio content that is being generated worldwide. As a recent thought piece from Social Media Today explained, audio branding is an increasingly important way for businesses of all sizes and in all industries to boost engagement and visibility.

However, Voices understands that, especially for those business clients that are new to the world of audio branding, it can be difficult to know exactly where to begin with a project.

As such, their new Project Marketplace will now allow clients to hire talent instantly at a fixed, agreed price and to buy a complete final product of their choosing; whether this is a one-minute video explainer audio track or the voice over for a thirty-second television ad for national distribution.

While Voices is not disbanding the talent marketplace that they have been successfully operating for over twenty years, they know that some clients are working to tight deadlines and budgets and therefore want to quickly secure the talent which has posted project offerings, rather than posting their own project and having talent audition for it.

To ensure that no quality is lost when it comes to the final product, and to ensure that clients know exactly what they are getting when they purchase a project, each posting will include an overview of the project. It will also have audio samples of the talent’s professional work, their guaranteed delivery time, the price, and any other inclusions and conditions, covering additional services like proofreading, background music and audio editing.

Voices is the world’s largest marketplace for voice actors and audio talent. They have over 2 million voice over artists speaking in over 100 languages and their talent has been used by world-famous clients like Microsoft, BMW, the Discovery Channel and Hulu.

A spokesperson for the voice talent marketplace said, “Now, with Project Marketplace, clients can simply browse and buy. Browse from a catalog of hundreds of project listings, customize orders with add ons and buy instantly. Clients will be excited to return to buy even more projects from different talent, with new project listings being added all the time.”
