CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. - May 12, 2020 - (Newswire.com)

Valor Communication, one of the largest manufacturers of accessories in the wireless industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of MyCoolCell, a prominent distributor established in 2000 who services thousands of wireless retailers nationwide. The negotiations and agreements initiated at the start of 2020 and concluded on April 13.

The Founder and CEO of MyCoolCell, Albert Bitar, will serve as the CEO of both organizations in discussion. This is a milestone for both Valor Communication and MyCoolCell to join forces in an effort to revolutionize the wireless industry. Mary Dong, Chairwoman of Valor Communication, says, “The evolving landscape of our industry and in the world right now may pose some uncertainty, but I am certain in Albert’s ability to lead both Valor and MyCoolCell during these times. He is proven to be successful within the wireless space and has a magnetic force for everything he sets his mind to. We are thrilled to have him on board to lead us in the next chapter.”

With this acquisition, Valor Communication will expand its offerings to include OEM brands, POS integrations and an array of services that were procured through MyCoolCell. Additionally, Valor Communication has released an updated website that will soon offer features such as flexible financing options to all of its customers that qualify. By adding MyCoolCell’s experience and network as a distributor for over 20 years to Valor’s longstanding infrastructure as a manufacturer for more than 23 years will provide a robust ecosystem of products and tools for wireless retailers and beyond to succeed.

MyCoolCell has assured its customers that the quality of support and services will remain intact despite the acquisition. As a result of this acquisition, MyCoolCell customers will have access to a broader range of resources and benefit from lower prices on products manufactured by Valor Communication, such as the brands MyBat and Asmyna. Both companies share a vision and goal to offer a wide range of premium accessories with attractive margins and first-class support.
