Recently, Riley met with Aura Moldovan, who helps her students remember who they are and finally find their inner power to heal themselves. In the latest episode, Moldovan guides listeners to develop active awareness by listening to the world around them. The episode defines grief acceptance as one that is both proactive and intuitive.
Spiritual grief healing is a steadily growing field in new age guidance. Expanding from the “traditional” teachings of Neville Goddard and the law of attraction, the concept empowers people to embrace their own power despite, and perhaps because, of their grief.
It assumes that people have the internal power to overcome their trauma or grief in a spiritually guided way. Unlike traditional grief acceptance programs that mostly talk about people working through their pain over time, spiritual grief healing speeds the process by stating that people can manifest their own healing.
Riley understands this better than most. After having lost her husband, she began exploring ways to overcome her grief in a different way. Determined to find her spark, she created her “Finding Your Spark Again” podcast to help people find the courage to trust the world enough to risk feeling good, connected, and passionate again.
Those who wish to have one-on-one coaching with Riley can book a free breakthrough session through her website.
Riley writes, “Each week you may find guidance and inspiration to walk through your own grief or trauma and take back the reins of your own life. Identifying and achieving your desired emotional state is a skill you can learn even though you might feel like you can’t control anything after a loss or trauma “
