Sachi Massage and Wellness, a wellness and massage therapy spa headquartered in Asheville, has opened a second location in nearby Hendersonville, North Carolina.

"We're delighted to announce the opening of our new Hendersonville location," said Suzi Sparks, owner of Sachi. "We have a lot of loyal clients and many of them come from the Hendersonville area and even South Carolina. Traffic has become so congested around Asheville, especially I-26, that at times it can take up to an hour to get to Asheville from Hendersonville. Opening another Sachi location in Hendersonville better connects us to our clients and allows us to reach more people."

The new space in Hendersonville, located at 322 8th Avenue East, is "just a couple blocks from downtown," according to Sparks. "We have created a beautiful, calming space in Hendersonville," she continued. "We have our own parking lot which makes coming to Sachi even less stressful. It's just a lovely experience all around."

Asked why she decided to open a new location now, Sparks said, "The idea came straight from our mission which is to make available to everyone the high quality therapeutic massage that we are known for at prices that people can afford. More and more, people are waking up to the benefits of massage and, almost daily, I see what I call miracles in the improvements in our clients. However, committing to self-care through massage is practical only if it's convenient."

At both locations, all of Sachi's massage therapists are fully trained and licensed by the State of North Carolina to provide massage therapy and bodywork services.

"Even though all our therapists are highly skilled, no two are alike," said Sparks. "But what I think really sets us apart from other massage places is that our front desk staff is trained to be "talent agents" who strive to match the skills and energies of the therapists to the needs and energies of the clients."

Yet beneath those dramatic changes, a far quieter and more consequential transformation is taking shape. Official figures published by the National Bureau of Statistics in September reveal that secondary market home transactions have surpassed new residential builds in volume....
