Patibandla will lead Revenue Optics' growth marketing function as the firm scales its capabilities across sales transformation, pricing and revenue growth management, talent solutions, and AI-powered solutions.
Revenue Optics has grown rapidly on the strength of its market expertise and client outcomes, and the firm is now investing in the leadership needed to match that growth with a more powerful commercial engine. Patibandla's appointment comes as Revenue Optics continues to expand its work with industrial distributors and manufacturers, positioning the firm to strengthen its brand and market position as demand for its services accelerates.
Patibandla brings more than 11 years of experience working with U.S.-based high-growth companies and B2B buyers. She spent more than six years at Bollinger Innovations, joining as its first marketing hire and rising to Director of Marketing, where she helped build and scale the company's marketing function. During her tenure, she also supported the company's transition into the public markets through a NASDAQ launch and helped bring five electric vehicles to market across consumer and commercial segments.
Her broader experience spans B2B SaaS, demand generation, go-to-market strategy, brand development, and sales enablement. Patibandla also brings hands-on experience in generative AI and marketing automation, including the development of AI applications, automated workflows and customer-facing growth tools. Patibandla holds a Master of Science in Advertising from Boston University.
