PSL Corp and Alejandro Vasquez, VP of Business Development at PSL are pleased to announce the launch of their new YouTube video interview. The interview which is shown at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYR3l6vQFM0 was conducted by The Sociable's Editor-in-Chief, Tim Hinchcliffe, and delves into the topic of Agile Best Practices. The role of Vasquez is to develop and execute business strategy which will further penetrate the United States market in IT offshoring and nearshoring services from Colombia. His interview shows the broad-reaching skills and experience which are incorporated in the portfolio of the firm.
PSL has more than six hundred engineers which are associated with the firm. This makes the company Colombia's leader in IT services exports to the United States and Canada. The work they do includes custom software development, testing services, develops, software maintenance and team augmentation. The philosophy of the company is that clients should not have to sacrifice performance when outsourcing nearshore software development. Augmenting the software team with Latin America's brightest bilingual engineers, at a fraction of the cost, in the same time zone benefits North American entities.
A spokesperson for PSL explains, "We create applications that leverage social networks to exponentially expand the user base. The market for end-user applications is unrelenting. In order to be successful,end-user applications need to enrapture. Of course, they also need to work, and scale, and be secure. PSL is one of a scarce group of companies that provides pioneering UX design. We realize that end-users have the expectation that applications work correctly. They do not easily forgive if the app is not intuitive, user-friendly and aesthetically appealing."
He continues, “Our graphic designers are trained in software UI with more than a decade of experience.
Some of the other components which we provide include Cloud-ready architectures and rich mobile and web interfaces.”
