Poughkeepsie NY Storage Company Helps Busy Residents – 24 Hr Self Serve Kiosk
Mar 24, 2017
The owner of a new self storage company in the Poughkeepsie, Lagrange, Wappinger Falls area says the use of their 24 hour self serve kiosk changes how self storage companies operate by making it easier for renters to access the facility on their schedule.
Poughkeepsie, United States - March 24, 2017 /PressCable/ —
55 Self Storage Inc. today announced the opening of its state of the art Climate Controlled self storage facility serving Lagrange, Poughkeepsie and Wappinger Falls. “With the use of the 24 Rental Kiosk, Dutchess County renters will be able to rent units or pay their bills at any time of day or night without the need to meet staff” said Carmine Pagano co-owner of the new facility. “This can be very helpful in today’s fast paced world as normal 9-5 hours are not always workable.”
“Having the Millennial in mind, we wanted to be tech-friendly and customer convenient. By offering the INSOMNIAC Kiosk onsite, and INSOMNIAC Online to automate our rental and payment processes, we would be one of the first fully automated facilities in the marketplace with 24/7 business hours. Next time you’re at your bank, watch how many people use the outside ATM versus banking inside. It’s a high percentage. The same thing happens with the self serve kiosk. Millennial and baby boomers aren’t just using it for monthly payments either; they use it to rent their initial storage units as well, especially if they need to access the facility outside of regular business hours,” says Pagano.
55 Self Storage is located at 483 Freedom Plains Rd, Poughkeepsie, New York, the Poughkeepsie storage facility was recently redeveloped from a mixed use office building into a single-story, 100% climate controlled storage. Located in a highly populated, strong median income market, the store is located near major retailers on a highly traveled thoroughfare.
The existing 10000 square foot structure was re-purposed and transformed into a single-story, climate controlled storage facility with 77 storage units. Units range in size from 5’x8’ to 10’x20’. The new design includes a state of the art 24 hour Video surveillance system.
