Oxnard Express Office Recognized for Outstanding Excellence
Mar 20, 2023
March 20, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Oxnard, Calif., March 17th, 2023 — Express Employment Professionals of Oxnard, California, is proud to announce that the employment agency was recognized for multiple achievements this year, including Mayra Garcia's graduation from the Express Leadership Academy for Managers, reaching Century Club, and being awarded the prestigious Sapphire Circle of Excellence, according to Neil and Janet McMillan, Oxnard Express franchisees.
"It is truly an honor for our team to be recognized for these achievements," said McMillan. "Our team works tremendously hard and is dedicated to providing our local area with the best quality service for job seekers and business owners. We are so grateful for the support of our community, and we look forward to continuing to serve them where we can."
Express University's purpose is to provide ongoing education to Express franchise offices through a diverse array of learning avenues. Mayra Garcia began her career in the Staffing industry at 16 as a Front Office Coordinator. Very early in her career, she developed an affinity for the industry as she saw how it could help directly fulfill her life's calling - helping others and transforming people's lives. The Oxnard office is incredibly proud of her accomplishments and dedication to the company and embodying what it stands for.
The franchise was recognized for reaching Century Club, averaging 100 clients billed weekly. Reaching Century Club status is no small feat; and is a testament to an office's dedication to the business's success.
Express Employment International honors the hard work of its Franchisees each year with the Circle of Excellence program. The program offers six potential levels of achievement – each level rewards those who meet minimum gross margin requirements. This award is dependent on annual performance, participation, and compliance criteria.
The Oxnard Express employment professionals franchise began operation in 2006 under Neil McMillan's leadership as the branch's owner and president, along with his wife Janet McMillan, the corporate secretary and VP of finance & operations. The team faced many economic obstacles over the last 17 years but has worked hard to consistently rank in the top ten out of 850 offices in the US and internationally.
The local staffing agency serves the Ventura County area, helping job seekers find employment and business owners find qualified candidates with temporary help and direct-hire employees in various fields, including skilled trades, light industrial, office services, professional positions, and more.
Located at 2371 E Vineyard Ave Suite B, Oxnard, CA 93036, Express Employment Professionals encourages candidates to call the office to inquire about current job openings or stop by to complete an application. Candidates can also apply at https://www.expresspros.com/OxnardCA.
