June 08, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - NYC postnuptial agreement lawyer Ryan Besinque releases a new article (https://www.besinquelaw.com/postnuptial-agreements-lawyer/) explaining the importance of postnuptial agreements in marriages. The lawyer points out that marriage is not just an emotional contract, but also a financial agreement in a way. Attorney Besinque states that his firm offers advice to couples about postnuptial arrangements in New York.
According to the NYC postnuptial agreement lawyer, "Two individuals who have decided to marry get into an agreement to share their life and their properties. Unfortunately, should that marriage ended in divorce, the couple may realize that they could have benefited from getting their financial assets and debts more clarified. Even after the marriage has taken place, a couple can do this with a postnuptial agreement."
The lawyer mentions that many couples shun the idea of a possible divorce. Attorney Besinque and his team are aware of this fact and are empathetic to their clients. Their goal is to create postnuptial agreements which will be beneficial for both spouses in the unfortunate event that the marriage ends.
Attorney Ryan Besinque adds that a valid prenuptial agreement can address many issues, such as the division of marital property from other property. A postnuptial agreement also allows spouses to define the debts they brought into the marriage and help determine and establish support if one of the spouses, or any of their children, needs it.
The lawyer says that although postnuptial arrangements are valid and can be enforced in New York, certain conditions must be met before they are enforceable. Attorney Besinque recommends that you consult an experienced divorce lawyer when reviewing prenuptial as well as postnuptial agreements. If there is any dispute over a prenuptial/postnuptial agreement during a divorcing process, the court will carefully examine it and look for any unfairness or fraud.
Lastly, attorney Besinque emphasizes the importance of having an experienced postnuptial agreement lawyer to help one in setting goals for the future. A postnuptial agreement may also be helpful in designing how an individual would like the agreement to look with their partner.

Police have busted a cybercrime ring that allegedly stole over 8 million pieces of personal information from dozens of businesses by using artificial intelligence (AI), officials said Monday. Seven suspects allegedly stole 8.2 million pieces of personal data and other internal records from over 90 entities, including hospitals, private academies and businesses, until recently from September last year, according to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency. The group is suspected of using AI tools to hack 60 of the targets and attempting to extort some of them. Of the targeted entities, 38 suffered losses, with the group demanding a combined 360 million won ($272,000) from them. Police said the group's 32-year-old ring leader was referred to the prosecution on Friday while he was under physical detention. The other suspects are facing further questioning. The ringleader, a self-taught hacker, learned about hacking skills by working at a security company, where the suspect was in charge of mock hacking attacks. Authorities have recently been on alert over cybercrime suspected of employing AI tool
