Company Partners with Funded Today
London, United Kingdom - September 3, 2020 /FundedToday/ —
Nominal has just launched on Kickstarter. They have brought on Funded Today to help bring their product to a wider audience and increase pledges for the duration of the campaign.
About Nominal
Nominal is a pen inspired by the SpaceX rocket. It is a precision-engineered desk pen with a playful mechanical movement. It has four retractable landing legs, similar to those on the Falcon 9 Rocket. A magnetic detachable crew capsule, ready for splashdown. Each pen is fitted with a Schmidt P950M pressurised refill, capable of writing in zero-gravity.
Nominal is made of 34 individual components, most of which are CNC-machined to precision in 316L stainless steel and aircraft grade aluminium. It has four retracting legs operated by simply twisting the body of the pen – allowing for a soft landing on your desk. A magnetic Crew Cabin Capsule slides off to reveal a Black Mother of Pearl end cap. Should you wish, this end cap can be engraved with your own Monogram for a small fee. A Schmidt P950M Medium Black pressurised refill was carefully selected for its very smooth ink flow and easy writing experience at any angle.
Pricing and Availability
Nominal is available to back now on Kickstarter. They are hopeful to see an increase in pledges with the help of Funded Today and their team. Once the campaign ends, the products are set to produce and ship to all backers by December 2020. The starting price for one Nominal Pen is $71 USD.
