Sep 14, 2021

September 14, 2021 - /PressAdvantage/ - New Jersey, September 11, 2021 - To help protect the assets and the future of the loved ones, the estate planning lawyer at Matus Law Group will hold a free webinar on how to use a trust as an estate planning device, on Thursday, September 30.

Titled: "TRUSTS 101" the webinar, which will be held from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. EDT, will feature all the relevant information on how can the trust help protect the assets and pass them down to the family members while also avoiding probate, certain taxes, and creditors.

While the will is the main legal tool used to manage the assets after the person is gone, the Matus Law Group estate planning lawyers know that there is also a whole array of other tools to help protect the assets depending on the family’s unique situation.

The webinar will be hosted by Matus Law Group’s Founding Attorney Christine Matus and Associate Attorney at Matus Law Kristine Carranceja-Gurski, the experienced and trusted New Jersey estate lawyers dedicated to helping families plan for life.

"Not having all the tools needed to protect your assets may leave your family members vulnerable," said Christine Matus. "Navigating all the estate planning devices on your own can be complicated. That's why Matus Law Group wants to help you cover all of the basics when it comes to trusts. If you were thinking about using a trust to protect your loved one's future, don’t miss this opportunity."

During the webinar, the estate planning attorneys will address the common questions when it comes to setting up a trust:

- How the trusts work

- What are their advantages and disadvantages

- What types of trusts exist

- What is the role of a trustee

- And whether one still needs a trust if one already has a will

"During the webinar, we will walk you through all the things you need to know to set up a trust," said Christine Matus. "We'll also help you to establish the type of trust that works best for you depending on your situation which you'll be able to share with us during the webinar."

Due to the limited space at the webinar, it is advisable to reserve a seat early through Matus Law Group website. Make sure to sign up through the link to get the recording in case you can’t make it to the live show.
