Ou Boqian, Chinese Consul General in Dubai, delivered an address at the event. She congratulated the Chamber on the successful leadership handover and spoke highly of its contributions over the years in uniting overseas Chinese and promoting people-to-people economic, trade and cultural exchanges between China and UAE

Being elected Executive President represents both trust and honor bestowed upon Leomars Liao by fellow overseas Chinese entrepreneurs at home and abroad, as well as a weighty responsibility. Going forward,Leomars Liao will work side by side with Tang Zhengang, President of the Chamber, and all leadership members.

The event also featured highlight sessions including the launch of the Mena C-Link China Innovation Link Platform, the release of overseas Chinese-benefiting programs, and strategic cooperation signing ceremonies.
