LBR Construction Services, a Chicago area construction company, is educating local business owners of all size companies on how to best prepare for their next commercial painting project. LBR Construction offers a variety of educational and consultation services around building, construction, architectural, and also property management and building emergency services. Its team of experts is guiding commercial building owners and maintenance managers on how they can undertake the process from start to finish.

While making this announcement, CEO Tom Drapinski said that this initiative is part of their customer service boost for 2020 with the mission to equip their customers with the vital information to empower them in making informed decisions when undertaking any commercial painting project.

LBR Construction starts by arranging an onsite consultation where an expert visits the client and advises on what type of painting applications will work the best. ”We offer our prospective clients and customers the important information to allow them to undertake a process that is cost effective, time saving, and meets the necessary quality standards as set by the authorities,” said Drapinski. Proving more robust, free educational services up front is providing businesses with greater knowledge around the commercial painting process; changing how businesses go about planning their painting projects.

When asked to explain the process of commercial painting, Drapinski said that they start by discussing with the needs of the client and only after everyone agrees do they embark on the work. “To save on time, we normally ask our customer to have all the furniture removed so that when the team arrives, they can start the work right away,” said the CEO. They save a lot of time since the technicians will start work immediately.

LBR also educates companies around how to keep the project “clean” and go as quickly as possible. “Clean” painting refers to covering all the furniture and non-painted surfaces in the space, specifically anything that doesn’t need painting. They also provide guidance on using the ideal types of paints and ensuring the space will be clean and neat upon completion.

Drapinski encourages customers interested in more about how how they can undertake successful commercial painting projects to get in touch with his consultation team to begin the education process or to get a free quote.
