Jan 21, 2022
January 21, 2022 - /PressAdvantage/ - John French Landscape Designers is providing the best top-of-the-line services for landscape design Eltham, VIC has to offer. The company also serves the nearby Melbourne suburbs of Mooroolbark and Croydon.
The company handles all aspects of the landscape design process, from the initial consultation to the final construction of the project. The company specializes in turning a blank natural canvas into a work of art that respects the natural geography and plant life thriving in the space while elevating it to a level that will appeal to the home or property owner’s unique design sensibilities.
The company recommends a one-on-one consultation with the client to start off the design process where they strive to understand the client’s goals in terms of the look that they are trying to achieve and the visceral emotions that they are trying to evoke by transforming the space to their liking. These discussions are supplemented with the knowledge that the company’s consultants possess about what is possible in the domain of landscape design and their own observations about the space that is to be built up or renovated. These observations include the layout of the area, drainage issues, soil types, and more. Once the initial fruitful discussion concludes, the company begins a back and forth with the client during which it tweaks its initial design to match the client’s requirements and budget.
Once the initial consultation fee is paid, the landscapers in Eltham will then send over technicians to conduct a site line and level survey, take measurements and take extensive photographs to build an initial point of reference. The design process then involves the production of a set of color photos to accompany the plans so that the client knows exactly how the end product will look when the company is done working its magic. The final construction cost and design proposals are then put forth to the client who has to approve them. The company will then begin scheduling various tradesmen and suppliers to work on the site starting from a set date. The first progress payment will be due on the first day of construction and further payments are required to be made at pre-determined intervals to cover the cost of labor and materials.
The Melbourne-based company has been serving suburbs in Melbourne for over 40 years. It was established in 1981 and now uses its years of experience to help its clients achieve a wide range of themed landscape designs such as Japanese, Balinese, French provincial, and many more.
