ITReviews has broadened its independent MSP rankings and pricing benchmark coverage across U.S. and Canadian markets, built on its published six-factor Trust Score methodology with no paid placements.
Los Angeles, California, October 21, 2026 -- ITReviews, an independent rankings and buyer research platform for the managed IT services market, has expanded its content library and broadened its coverage of managed service provider rankings following its 2025 launch. The platform publishes managed IT rankings and pricing benchmarks across dozens of U.S. markets, from metro-level reports in cities like Los Angeles to statewide coverage in California and Texas, along with industry-specific rankings for healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, and more.
Every ranking on the platform is built from the ITReviews Trust Score, a six-factor scoring system applied consistently across markets and verticals. Reviews account for 35% of the score, awards for 20%, years in business for 15%, physical presence for 10%, industry specialization for 10% and service breadth for 10%. The full methodology, including how each factor is weighted and how geographic verification is handled, is published through ITReviews. For industry-specific rankings, such as rankings of MSPs serving healthcare providers in Los Angeles, the industry specialization factor is re-scored against the target sector while the remaining factors carry forward from the base market evaluation.
The platform does not accept payment from providers in exchange for ranking placement, a featured position or a higher score. Rankings and buyer guides are produced by the ITReviews editorial team and reviewed against the published Trust Score methodology before publication.
“When we score a provider, we look at third-party review platforms, verified office locations, industry credentials, and documented service history. We don’t take provider submissions at face value. Every ranking is built from publicly sourced data, and the weights are published so anyone can see why a provider ranked where it did,” said Juan Alba, IT Research Analyst at ITReviews.
Current coverage includes city-level MSP rankings across major U.S. markets and Canada, industry-specific rankings for sectors including healthcare IT, automotive, manufacturing, legal and financial services, managed IT pricing benchmark guides organized by city, and buyer guides addressing topics such as what an MSP is, how MSP and MSSP services differ, and what buyers should look for when evaluating a provider.
ITReviews.co is an independent rankings and research platform focused exclusively on the IT services and MSP market. The site publishes buyer guides, provider rankings, and pricing benchmarks to help businesses evaluate IT service providers without relying on vendor-sponsored content. Rankings are based on the published six-factor Trust Score methodology. No provider pays for rankings.
