Former CMO returns to company with expanded experience and renewed vigor
RALEIGH, N.C. - Sept. 9, 2019 - PRLog -- Brooks Bell, Inc., the technology-enabled agency dedicated to helping global brands build remarkable customer experiences through conversion rate optimization and personalization, today announced that it has hired Gregory Ng as its new chief executive officer. Gregory worked for Brooks Bell from 2008-2015 in various roles including chief marketing officer, chief strategy officer and vice president of sales, and returns to Brooks Bell after stints at PointSource and Globant.
"Working at Brooks Bell ignited my passion for digital optimization and its power to improve customer experiences," said Gregory Ng. "There is so much opportunity in this space and I am honored to take on this role and return to my roots with a fresh perspective. Brooks, herself, and the team she's built are in a class of their own, and I'm excited about what we'll be able to accomplish together."
Gregory previously worked for PointSource, a digital transformation agency, as the vice president of digital engagement, and marketed the company through its acquisition in 2017 by Globant. At Globant, Gregory took on the role of chief strategy officer, US East, where he created innovative solutions for clients' digital and cognitive transformations.
"I'm thrilled to welcome Greg back to the Brooks Bell family," said Brooks Bell, CEO and founder of Brooks Bell, Inc. "I have complete confidence that Greg will bring the energy, innovative thinking and strategic direction we need to drive the next chapter of our company."
Brooks stepped into the role of Executive Chairman earlier this year when diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer, and has spent the year searching for a replacement CEO. She has now completed treatment and continues to focus on her health, thought leadership and the strategic direction of the company.
