For customers looking to start their day with a crepe, Crêpes à la Cart Kitchen’s breakfast menus are served until late morning from its carts or all day at the restaurant. For a sizable breakfast, the creperie offers a Summit Breck-Fast with a jumbo fried egg, flank steak, bacon, mushrooms, and hollandaise sauce. Vegetarian fillings with a choice of cheese and sauces are available together with fruit sides, extra fillings, and toppings.
The creperie's main meals include the Chicken Florentine and the Pizza Crepe with marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, parmigiana, and pepperoni or vegetable extras. Vegans can enjoy a Veggie Lovers crepe with spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, and balsamic dressing.
Customers with a sweet tooth can find a variety of specialties at Crêpes à la Cart Kitchen including lemon souffle, German apple strudel, and a classic Crepe Suzette. Containing flambeed oranges and cognac, Crepe Suzette was made famous in Parisian restaurants at the turn of the 20th century.
Design-your-own sweet or savory crepes and gluten and lactose-free batter are available.
Since it began in 2000, Crêpes à la Cart Kitchen has evolved from one cart on Main Street to three locations. The award-winning carts are open until late evening and orders can also be placed online.
A satisfied customer said: “Friendly staff greet you to take your order. This place is the best for crepes. They are huge and made to order by very skilled staff. Crêpes à la Cart Kitchen is a must-stop spot. Great vibes, very chilled, and very delicious. I highly recommend it.”
