Axiros Selected by Siminn to Manage their Legacy xDSL and FTTH Router Estate
Sep 4, 2023
MUNICH - Sept. 4, 2023 - PRLog -- Axiros, a leader in CPE Device Management and zero-touch customer experience solutions, proudly announces its strategic collaboration with Siminn Iceland, marking a significant stride in the telecommunications landscape. Siminn Iceland has chosen Axiros as their preferred partner for TR-069 device management, fortifying their commitment to elevating customer experiences and network management.
Axiros leverages its carrier-grade AXESS/AXTRACT solutions, bolstered by the advanced WiFi Analytics platform AXWIFI, to revolutionize the management of Siminn's expansive router infrastructure. As part of this innovative venture, the cloud-based platform delivery will be managed by Axiros esteemed partner, BMCOM, headquartered in the Czech Republic.
Valgeir Guðlaugsson and Kristín Huld Þorvaldsdóttir from Siminn said: "The capabilities of Axiros' TR-069 solutions allow Siminn to efficiently configure, monitor, and optimise our customers' WiFi networks. The project involved replacing legacy onsite ACS and WiFi analysis systems with Axiros cloud solution. Modernizing Síminn internal processes and CPE provisioning. Also introducing Axiros web UI for front-line workers to improve WiFi troubleshooting during the first contact."
"This was an exciting challenge for us at Axiros," said Mark Torrans, Sales Director - EMEA at Axiros. "From our first conversation with Siminn, we were totally engaged on Siminn's expectations for device management. To be able to deliver our cloud-based Axiros suite of products with advanced carrier grade WiFi analytics to a tier one European operator was extremely pleasing for the Axiros and BMCOM team. The communication path with the Siminn engineering team was exceptional from day one, so thank you again for selecting Axiros."
This collaboration between Axiros (https://www.axiros.com/), and Siminn Iceland (https://www.siminn.is/) exemplifies a resolute pursuit of innovation, quality, and seamless customer experiences in the realm of telecommunications.
