The announcement details just some of the devices currently on offer at the North Austin showroom. This includes fully-serviced tablets from leading brands such as Dell, Microsoft, and Lenovo. Thanks to Discount Electronics' dedicated business services department, schools are assigned an account manager who gets to know the organization and its unique requirements.
The expanded tablet collection includes the budget-friendly Dell Touchscreen Chromebook 3189. Buying one of these devices entitles the customer to another tablet at no additional cost, making this an economical option for schools. This popular choice doubles as both a travel laptop and a tablet and comes with an 11.6" Flip-Hinge touchscreen display, 4GB of RAM, a webcam, two USB 3.0 inputs, an HDMI port, and Chrome OS installed. A power adaptor is included with every order along with a parts and labor warranty at no extra charge.
As pre-owned, refurbished devices, many of these tablets will have minor blemishes that are mostly cosmetic but do not affect functionality in any way. Each product is thoroughly checked by Discount Electronics' team of technicians to ensure any tablet sold has many years of life left in it.
Another option, for those with larger budgets, is the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 i5-1035G4 Matte Black Tablet. This powerful device features a modern 10th-generation Core i5 processor with 8GB integrated memory and a 256GB solid-state drive. The Surface Pro 7 comes with Windows 10 pre-installed and is also compatible with Windows 11. With Intel Iris Plus graphics and 2736 x 1824p resolution, this refurbished pad offers crisp, high-definition color that enhances the user's experience.
