Founded in 1997, Antenora Architects has been widely recognized for its handsome, responsive, and innovative designs. Their work is based upon the belief that architecture should be responsive to the needs, aspirations, and culture of the people who use and occupy the building, but also that the building is contextually appropriate for the site, the region, and the broader community in which the building resides.
“Architecture is 95 percent about people and 5 percent about buildings,” said Michael Antenora, AIA.
This focus has led to many long-term client relationships including Endeavor Real Estate Group, Wheatsville Food Co-op, the Four Seasons Hotel Austin, the Texas Cities of Hutto, Kyle, and Elgin, Leander, University Federal Credit Unions, Kwik Chek, and the Texas Coffee Bean & Teas Leaf stores. The firm has also received numerous design awards from AIA Austin, Texas Society of Architects, Architect Magazine, The Architect’s Newspaper, Austin Business Journal, Texas Architect Magazine, and the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
