C4 Solutions Announces Parent Company's SBA Regional Innovation Cluster Award

Oct 19, 2026

C4 Solutions operates the C4 Defense Cluster Network, connecting the announcement to small-business growth and supply-chain access in Southern California.

Irvine, California, October 19, 2026 -- C4 Solutions announced that its parent company, C4 Holding Co, LLC, was named a Regional Innovation Cluster award recipient in the U.S. Small Business Administration's October 6, 2026 announcement. The SBA listed the parent company as a recipient for Southern California in the Defense category.

C4 Solutions is the operating entity behind the C4 Defense Cluster Network. The SBA's Regional Innovation Clusters directory lists the network's service area as Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties. The announcement concerns regional small-business support and supply-chain access, alongside C4 Solutions' growth work with managed service providers and technology companies.

The SBA describes Regional Innovation Clusters as hubs connecting entrepreneurs with business acceleration programs, market research, customer discovery, and government and commercial contracting assistance. In its October 6 announcement, the agency identified pursuing procurement opportunities and strengthening domestic supply chains as aims of the program. These resources address both business development and access to potential customers through government and commercial markets.

C4 Solutions helps MSPs and technology companies pursue organic and inorganic growth through leadership, marketing, sales, and M&A advisory. Its integrated solutions include sales process development, hiring and pipeline support, marketing execution, and a business operating system called C4OS.

The company's M&A advisory covers deal sourcing, buy-side support, financial preparation, and exit preparation. Its sales work focuses on repeatable processes, while marketing services include search marketing, content development, and fractional marketing leadership. C4OS provides an operating-system foundation for the company's growth services.

"Small-business growth requires both practical operating systems and access to opportunities. This designation puts regional business support and supply-chain access in focus," said Rhett Collver, Managing Partner of C4 Solutions.
